Our refund policy covers the following scenarios:

  1. Item Not Received: In the event that you have not received the item you ordered, we will thoroughly review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. We would like to highlight that the refund value will be limited to the compensation provided by the courier for lost mail. It is the buyer's responsibility to choose a mailing method that offers coverage for the cost of the purchased item.

  2. Item Not as Described: If the received item significantly deviates from the description provided by the seller, you are eligible for a refund. This includes situations where the item differs in terms of size, color, model, version, is incomplete, contains missing parts, is damaged, or has undisclosed defects.


Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Items that bear subjective and non-significant variations from the seller's listing and description. This encompasses items that are correctly listed as being in a used condition or minor variations in quality.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, kindly follow the outlined steps below:

  1. Item Not as Described: Please raise the issue through our chat platform, providing clear details of the discrepancy. Both the buyer and seller will have a period of 7 days to resolve the dispute amicably. During this time, the seller may choose to "Offer a refund," and the buyer may choose to "Accept the refund." Once the refund is accepted, the necessary processing will be initiated accordingly.

  2. Unable to Reach Resolution: In the event that the buyer and seller are unable to find a mutually agreeable resolution within the 7-day timeframe, the matter will be escalated to the dedicated Support Team. Our team will conduct a thorough investigation and may reach out to both the buyer and seller to gather additional information, including proof of delivery. A refund will only be processed if the specified refund criteria are met following the investigation.

Refund Processing Time:

The processing time for refunds depends on the chosen payment method:

  • For payments made via FPX (online banking), the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5 working days.
  • For payments made via Debit/Credit cards, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Please note that the term "working days" refers to weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
